What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you are asked to enter your name and e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
; To personalize your experience
(your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs, basically, it means you get an email addressed to whatever name you put in the little box. Feel free to make one up, but I encourage you to use you real name. What have you got to hide?)
; To send periodic emails
The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. You will not be emailed more than once a month, unless it is to respond to a query.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include easy unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For example, I use Mail Chimp to send out emails, which I believe is best practice. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses, but I would inform you before that happens. So Should ethical equities morph into another brand, or gain a new partner, we would retain your email, but contact you to notify you of this change, and give you the opportunity to remove yourself from the list prior to any change.
Your Consent
By using our site, you consent to our online privacy policy. In an attempt at best practice, I use MailChimp to email you, and I use Wordpress for my website, my friend Rowan at Hectare is the webhost. You are consenting to this.
